I claim it to be just because it nothing except ads and images besides them after pressing the button

 

I'm not a lawyer, but I wouldn't use these images; because they are not hyperlinked to the source they probably do not fall under fair use.

I ran into a site once that did something similar, except it dynamically called up Google Image results based on the searched keyword. It wasn't hard to enter keywords that pulled up images that were definately against the TOS

ok im still at pubcon but i think i know why the images are not coming up for some. Try to use a + and no spaces or weird charectors. I will s/r for spaces when I get home...

yup.. just disallow googlebot and yahoo slurp! and they will not be able to be accessed.

 

Putting a line between ads and pics should comply with TOS should it not?

Back on track: Doesn't Google prefer you to have images that are a little more vague, rather than actual images of the content of your sites?
But for SMA, no problems!

 

I can't speak for any of the companies. Please if you ahve any quesiton of compliance I urge to get the ok from them

Ya... again really you have to check with them... I have got the ok on some of my sites to use the images with Adsense but others (who do not work for Google) say you can not do it... I advise you check with Google.

With my ad network (ShoeMoneyAds) its fine of course cause it is a cpa driven ad network.

As usualy you are way of course here. If you have issue with the tos of the image api then contact google/yahoo and get off my nutts k thx.

Could someone please give me some hints and how to save and add the images to a blog. I have been trying to do so from morning and i keep seeing a red X instead of the images?
