Is there any website or free tool available which can show me all the links to a website? Basically, I am looking for a better tool than Google's Link keyword i.e. link:www.webmastertalk.in

Google's link keyword doesn't show complete backlinks so need a better tool.

    Try this one:
    www.online-utility.org
Click on the webmaster tools link and you'll find a backlink checker. I use it quite a lot and it gives good results, updated regularly.

That's a wonderful tool, however, it is not accurate. I checked a few results that it shown but that were not correct. But it is quite useful tool. Bookmarked it :)

Try backlinkwatch.com :) They provide additional details about your links like PR, anchor text and no follow. They use Yahoo's database for links.
