Tool to detect canonical issues

    I am looking for an automated tool that can detect canonical issues on a site with thousands of pages. Any recommendations?

    Canonical issue is in general refer to website's homepage. You can check this by simply typing the url in the browser. And FYI there is no tool build for this purpose ;)
