Tool to convert text in image to editable text.

    Can anyone tell me where i can find a stuff, which can convert text in images to editable test.

    I know ABBYY fine reader can do it, and it is the top reviewed software.
    ABBYY Fine reader could not convert my image.

    I am a bunch of documents, which need to be converted to word document.

    Can anyone please help me on this?
