Tool to check reciprocal link back?

Some time ago I bought a site that had done a ton of reciprocal linking. Had a poke around some of the other sites tonight that were supposed to be linking back, and surprise surprise, the first 10 I checked no longer linked back. (these are reciprocal, not 3 or more way links).

There are a lot of other sites to check, its not really practical to do it manually.

Does anybody know of a tool that I can use to verify if the other sites are linking back?

I think the PHP link directory (if you use it to manage your links) has a option for reciprocal links. Many directories use it to find whether they site submitters still linking to them or not. Ofcourse backlink / link popularity check list the sites which are linking to you. But you have to check what are the sites are not in that list. :)
