Hello, I have many pictures on my computer, but some of them are flawed. They have what appears to be a big gray patch at the bottom of the image. The same color is used in the patch for all of the flawed images. Is there a tool that will let me search all (or select folders) on my computer for images that contain this patch? Thanks.
Here I am referring to images that were not downloaded completely. Is there a tool that will search such images on my computer? If not, would it be difficult for a programmer to develop such tool? Thanks.
