Tool for checking in excess of 5,000 backlinks - anyone know?

I have tried yahoo site explorer but it only gives you the top 1,000 links, anyone know of a tool that gives you a link for a site with over 5,000 backlinks?

Yahoo gives you links to a specific page so if your links are deeplinks then what you could possibly do is grab yahoo results for each page, then combine the lists.
Of course software that does this would be nice. I have software which grabs a list of urls in a text file and the page used for the yahoo search is in the url so that works but extracting the results is a pain.

If you have more than 1000 links to a specific page (root) then I don't know too.

I don't know of any tool which will show more than a thousand backlinks of any site. That is a good thing if you think about it. Do you really want anyone to be able to see all YOUR backlinks?

 

Is there any necessity to search more than 1000 backlinks? In that one thousand you will see a much repetitions. I don't know any backlink checker in such volume. But i know some software sellers who claim to produce backlinks in total. By the way please tell me some sites url which have 5000 backlinks

why do you want to check that?if you have any problem you can use google webmaster it provides all types of useful information
