I got this e-mail supposedly from Spamhaus and am really upset at the manner in which they addressed me in this e-mail. Especially when it turns out the IP's in question weren't even owned by me. It's definitely not what you'd expect to see from an organisation like spamhaus.org, sounds like the guy may have been letting off some steam on a supposed "bad guy" and got caught out. It should never happen happen though, it's shocking the approach was so hostile from the outset. Its interesting to see the background research these people undertake and yet the fundamental issue of the IP's was wrong. .
