Nope. As I said before, it's 100% legal and ethical.

    Thank you, I appreciate it.

It has nothing to do with my previous post, that was something I was simply curious about.

I am in not way affiliated with traffictaxi.net even though my username is traffictaxi. I have been using this nick for almost 3 years.

    -------------------------------

You might be asking yourself if it's 100% legal why am I so paranoid. Well I think that's because I have never made this amount of money so fast.

This is coming from a guy that was making $30 - $40/day to several hundred, a big jump.

To everyone here (as cliche as this might sound):
Keep your head up and don't loose hope. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it! :)

Thanks to everyone for their replies.

Simply put, traffictaxi, if it's within Google's TOS, then you don't have anything to worry about. You can go from making $1 a day to $1000, but if it's all within the TOS, you'll get paid and you'll be fine. Yes, they will red flag you and check up on you to make sure your sudden jump in income isn't cheating, but once they do that, and you're within the TOS, the red flag will be taken off and you'll be paid what you earned. Don't sweat it. I'm speaking from personal experience here. ;)

you know, i've been setting here stressing, wondering the same thing:
Will a sudden increase in earnings put up a red-flag ??

My site is only a few months old, but this month i started getting a LOT more traffic (i guess my SEO has paid off!) - i'm up to about 1,500 - 2,000 uniques (about 65% from google, 20% MSN, the rest from referrals, etc) per day, mostly going to the same 3 or 4 pages. My earnings, mostly from FF referrals (which we really push) is up over 10X from what it was last month.

so, it's a valid question: Will a sudden increase in earnings trigger a flag ?

If it DOES put up a flag, i'm not worried that i'm breaking the TOS (well, i'm worried i might have some accidental minor violation burried on a page that nobody ever visits) - i've gone thru the TOS several times (again today), i go thru my pages often, looking for anything that G may not like, such as "pushing" my FF referals TOO much. But still, i 'm sitting here sweating bullets!!

this anxiety is almost not worth it! (notice i said ALMOST) ..

If it legal you have nothing to worry about.

I guess seeing all the "I was banned for NO reason" posts in this (and other) forums makes me nervous..
I realize that most of these 'bannings' are valid, but i cant help but think SOME of them are unjustified..

(still sweating.. and my stomach still hurts)

I spoke to two people myself who were claiming that they were banned for no reason. Both were complaining on various forums. Basically one of them had a great big arrow pointing at his ads saying: Click me!. He did not know it was against the TOS because he never even looked at it. The other guy thought that google just ignores your own clicks so he was clicking on his own ads to see who the advertisers were.

In most of the cases iv seen (people complaining about getting banned) there were visible TOS violations. On top of that, there are two sides to the story...
