    I'm not sure what this is such a hard question. Here's how I see it:

    A) Making decent $$,
    -Hire an editor to maintain site
    -Sell it for decent profit
    -Focus more time on it and less on others

    B) Not so great $$,
    -Abandon
    -Attempt to sell
    -Don't invest any more time/effort/$ IMO

    Hire someone to manage them. you can pay them on monthly basis.

    Also you can earn from advertisements.
