You should go somewhere real fancy and make a complete ass out of yourself and say stuff like "big spender here" "get out of my way I could buy you". Also, say you have money to throw away, and toss some quarters in the air. You can also say you have money to burn and put a match to a quarter.

When you ask the Maitre d how long of a wait it is going to be, pull out a handful of quarters and try to grease his palm with them and say "maybe this will change your mind".

Then at the end of the night pull out the big bag of quarters.

    Man I love this thread.

I used to have change like that all the time when I waitressed. I loved it.

What would I do if I had it?

Find a reputable charity that deals with food for those starving in Niger and give it to them.

Not too funny, but how about a a Digital Point scholarship. I bet not to many other forums have a scholarship, and can promise you its not paid for by the owners quarters. Might not be a bad idea for ad revenue on this site.

Or go to a public fountain with them and sit there all day throwing them in one by one. I'm sure you'd get a few looks and a happy fountain owner.

Buy every coke out of the coke machine.

Poker night with your buddies, quarters only, to buy in they must by from you. I guess you'll end up with alot of bills.

I'll think of something better. Great posts so far.

another thing is to sponsor a contest on a local radio show. Sometimes for like 1k you can sponsor a huge compeition and get alot of publicity for your company..... if you are into that anyway =P

This thread just gets better and better. I think you should build a castle with them... like a sand castle, but in your living room and with quarters. If not for the artwork it would be a good chance to count them.

Talk about win-win, either you'll make a few persons happy by letting them win money from you and get rid of a lot of qaurters, or (if your a skilled poker player) you get a lot of bills and get to keep your quarters. :D

If there's an abused kids charity in your area, give them some MAJOR fun. You know how kids love easter egg hunts?? Some time have a quarter hunt at a park. Let all the kids spend an half an hour runing around looking for the quarters!!!!!!! :)

Or have treasure hunts with them. :) Give them your time!

You could just do that with paper money

Unless you are going to use them for beanboag chairs in the restaurant ;)

    Come to Amsterdam.

I'm sure you'd be able to find ''something'' to do with those quaters.
