In your experience would too many WP plugins have an adverse effect on page loading time? I have 7 active plugins currently, while 4-5 on standby until its ready to turn them on.

Too many plugins yes, also too many ads, widgets, massive images or anything.

I try to keep my plugin use to a miminum, and any im not using il deactivate and delete them completely.

No heavy widget plugins on the sidebar or big images. Plugins installed are mainly things users don't see, but kinda need it there for things to work. But yeah, I got some.

They will, but 7 plugins wouldn't hurt much. I have 7 active plugins too.

However if you have 20 or 30 then it might seriously slows your site down.
