Too many links in blog, is it good for google?

In my blog (http://www.webcastjournal.com/), there are many links. I put too many links there because I want to make my blog visitor easy to find the detail of seminar, but I am afraid because there so many links there, google considers my blog as a spam blog. What do you think?
    :( I need your opinion........
    Thank you very much :)

If the links r absolutly necessary to ur visitors- they are perfectly OK with Googe's policy.

Though shamefully Google still decides importance of sites on the basis of incoming/outgoing links.

I would suggest that you do what is best for your visitors and Google will come around.:)

i just heard that to many outbound links might lower your pagerank but yes as said above you should consider your visitors first, to make their visit to your site comfortable.

It's best to have less than 100 links on one page. I try to keep it at 75 max.

Make them nofollow and limit pages to less that 65 as best as you can.

I think it's ok. But as what others say, just convert some links to No follow. You have great blog huh. Amazing. Thanks!

The vistors are more important. Returning visitors is what makes a site great. So make sure you don't hurt there experience on the site just to get your google rank up.

its not a problem at all, use nofollow on links that are not in your domain.

Just make sure it is relevant to your content and visitors :) Create links for the benefit of your viewers.. In that case, everything will be fine.

If you have an informative blog with many unique posts and articles, visited and used by people on a regular basis and updating your blog pages regularly, nothing might happen to your web stats and no PR decrease might be seen.

Thank to all friends who have gived their opinion :) . So I think the conclusion that I can take from the opinions is : satisfied the visitor is first.
But I still hope there is anyone who want to add his/her opinion.

I think this dosn't effect google ranking because many sites are using more than 100 links on a single page. So I think it will be alright.
