    according to you why In my campaign I have too many impressions but a low impressions share? too many generic keywords?

    You may be bidding on a keyword with a very high search volume or it could be due to your keyword match types being too broad (check search terms that your keyword in triggering ads for). Drill down using different competitive metrics and try to figure out why you are losing out on auctions (Lost impression share lost due to Rank/Budget). Also check for auction insights regularly to investigate into how you fare in ad auctions vis-a-vis competition.
