Too many disputes when selling items

I'm kind of curious if anyone has any experience with this but does paypal have a guideline when there's too many disputes being filed when it comes to selling items?

I sell pre-made styles and occasionally I'll get an unauthorized claim and wanted to know if PayPal may do something about it one day. When I say do something about it I mean act on my account as in freeze it.

I tried searching/google however dispute and sell brings up a rather broad range :)

It depends on your ratios even if you win all of your disputes. I don't know the exact ratio but if you have half your sales disputing the charge, then you may have your account reevaluated for selling a high risk item. A lot of times, unauthorized claims means that your company name that shows up on the customer's billing statement has nothing to do with your publicly displayed company name or website.

You can actually get your account frozen. I remember myself when I offered a service via my website and the guy who purchased from me tried to bluff me, claiming to paypal support that someone else hacked his account and sent his money to me. And ofc, he sent an email to me that he has no idea why the money is "stucked". He double lied. He just wanted my service and then get back his money. Unfortunately, Internet is full of people like this one. And we have to fight them and opening/closing disputes that take so much time and effort.

Just saying this because paypal support thought that I am the liar and they froze my account for 2 days. Hope it will not happen to you.

Well, I would say it was quite a "draw". They sent the money back to the buyer, but he didn't get my service. One "minus" for me was that my acc was frozen for a few days. And Yes, I posted 1 screenshot and asked them if they want more screenshots or proof, that I have nothing to hide. Well I must admit that I was quite dissapointed with paypal support. They jsut freeze your acc whenever they want, and the dispute just takes so long to resolve.
