too many connections?!

    I'm new to MySQL, so be nice.

    I've just got this error:
    Any ideas about what is that supposed to mean?

    In your mysql settings on your server, you specify the max # of connections to the database. It seems as though you exceeded that. I think you need root access to change that variable, probably best to ask your host to look into it.

    You should also make sure you are closing your connection at the end of each page/script.

    Yes I agree with dave487... this problem most of the time cause by unclose connection.
