    hello,

Well i put my link in a site, hoping to get alot of backlinks beacause they had the recent comment widget. So now i did this and i get like 300 to 500 links a day show up from yahoo site explorer. I went and deleted the comment so it would slowly disappear but it still doesnt go away.

the link is from http://voip-info.org. Its a legit site and all but im scared that getting that many links in one day will really get me sandboxed. Please let me know if this is an issue or not.

    Thanks

I think Google takes some time to collect all these links. Hence, it will look natural later :)

Don't worry about multiple links from the same domain. Google will just discount most of them anyway.

You sound like my cousin. He would complain that he wished he wasn't so good looking, so women wouldn't be constantly hitting on him. We all felt so sorry for him.

Google is not stupid, and will not detect anything wrong from this.

Please tell us how exactly you got these hundreds of links from this site. Just from adding a comment?
    I don't follow...

It should not be problem for getting many links from one domain.
In many template based sites - if you put a link in homepage or index template file - the link will be shown in all internal pages.

    There will be no problem

Imagine how easy it would be to sabotage a competitors website if everybody got penalized for acquiring too many backlinks too quickly.

I could just submit a competitors URL and get them sandboxed... that would be just too easy! ;)
