Say I have a website called www.widgets.com I know having backlinks such as "Blue Widgets", "Red Widgets for sale", "Yellow Widget specialist"..... and dozens of other varations probably isnt a problem... However, what if, I have a site called "BaseballGameSupplies.com".... and im ranking #1 for "Baseball Bats"........ but then I get 1,000's of backlinks to: "Baseball gloves" "Tshirts for baseball" "Cleats" "Baseball trophys" and 1000's more Will having these tons of backlinks for things other than "Baseball Bats" lower my rankings for "Baseball Bats" Or, will Baseball Bats ranking stay #1.... and I will just increase for other keywords as well? THANKS!
