You dont have to many ads, but you do need to change the layout to make it more appealing.

 

there are not too many ads, but the ads are too big - your ad column takes more than 1/3rd of the screen leaving less than 2/3 to the main screen. The header ad takes too much space as well

 

seems fine to me ?
