hey guys can i get to know what scripts do these sites use http://tech2.com http://www.rockettheme.com/ i particularily want rocket theme css/theme/script ..help me out tech2.com though looks similar too.i saw that on many other sites too.so guess its something GPL.
well rockettheme.com is easy. It says its using joomla and the rocket theme. First one doesn't give any clues so its either home brew or a disguised CMS. It does use tables so that narrows it down to about half of the CMSes on the market.
