Hey guys, Ive been having a bit of trouble get traffic to my site, my plan with it was to keep it plain and simple for that "neat" feeling. Could that perhaps be the problem with my site? http://www.ebloggerz.com I was thinking of filling in the space a bit, but want to avoid it if that's not the problem. Thanks in advance Argyle
Thanks for the response I have removed the space at the bottom, hopefully that will make somewhat of a difference Argyle
How about adding some colours to the font! And also move the voting link somewhere else as its looking as if you are telling to click on the ads to Vote.
Good points, thanks again man I moved the link, im just not sure about the colors, everytime ive tried trying new colors it just didnt look right. ps: I added my link to your directory Argyle
keep working hard and soing your seo.. stuff and you will get mor traffic.. got alot of work to get notices
@AmyNelson: Ya, probably a big mistake on my part, but I guess i'll ride it out and see how it goes! @Personal Trainer: Thanks man ive been working on the seo etc, I got indexed on google pretty fast, and each blog that is added get's automatically indexed within a week it seems. I even have first place for "Free podcast syndication", but I guess not many people are looking for that
I think it is both too plain and too wordy (sorry). I think the selling points/benefits are clearly listed but you need better skimmability on the page as a whole. I want to be able to glance at it and see what the benefits are without having to wade through so many bullet points in small point. Are all of the benefits equally important? If not, why not make several levels of headings. I also don't like the look and feel of the title. It needs to be bolder. Good luck
Thanks man, you're right maybe I should simplify the frontpage a bit, I guess I have some work to do Argyle
Blog is clean but IMO delete marque efect under header. Colors is great Keep up good work and good luck
I agree, it is kind of strange to tell your visitors to click on a moving target, but that's just my opinion.
