NO I AM NOT SELLING ANYTHING!!! seriously so i have something of a random question to ask here. if someone has a site that they have done some "special things to" that would make them very likely to get indexed rather high in the search engines and STAY there what would you do. i dont mean black hat or anything like that. i mean design and optomization techniques that would make sure of quality ratings, just to clear up. if these were new sites and didnt have some big traffic counts or major revenue. but did have a couple of easy money sources (just add traffic) or wait a little bit for the se's to get there would anyone want to buy them. seems like a strange question i realize but to make it simple basically a turnkey niche site with unique handwritten content more than one rev. source but just not aged linked and what not. do people look for such things. maybe someone who is good at all the marketing parts just doesnt want to design and write for a living. any thoughts?
