Toilet blog

    I often ignore appraisals. I find the useless in most cases. However, recently an appraisal site put quite a higher number than I expected on my toilet blog domain toilet.se

    Why would that domain be appraised higher than I expected? What do they base it on? What value do you see in that blog/domain?

    .se is Sweden. Reg fees are about $13.50 if you live in Europe and around $11 if you live outside of Europe (tax exempt).

    I would think a little higher than that considering that is what I make in two months of ad revenue. However, the appraisal site rated it at mid $x,xxx which sounded too high for me. Certainly it makes me happy. When I asked them why it was appraised so high I got the answer that it was relatad to the domain name being a common dictionary word as well as the number of link-ins.
