[toHire] phpBB fix

    Recently got a phpbb upgrade from here and it went pretty good but one mod broke.
    The mod is 'Avatar on every page'. I have the source but apparently it doesn't work. It was working on 3.00 but doesn't anymore on 3.04.

    Also I bought a rules page mod and the link doesn't work on index.php

    $10 for fixes

    edit:// Fixed the rules bug. Now working on avatar. I might be able to get it myself.
