ToffeeBlue.com - How to Generate Revenue

Just bought the site (link is first in sig), and, today, 500 impressions, 1 click, and I got 5 cents. My other football site, redcardforums.com gets about 35 cents a click...

My CTR is very low, like 0.2%. I don't want to cover the site in ad's, but still need to generate revenue. Should AdSense be my way forward on Toffeeblue.com?

I just check your site out
your adsense place at forum footer which is the worst area.

more deep red = the best area
    next
    orange area
    yellow area
white area = can't suck more

    for forum

I presume from the thread title you are talking about ToffeeBlue.com. You could probably make more money but reducing the number of adsense ads and replacing them with links to Everton merchandise - not just shirts, but prints, posters, DVDs, signed stuff - there's affiliate programs out there for all of that kind of thing. Shame that the Everton credit card isn't available any more - I used to do well with football credit cards!
