Hearing Bush and Condoleeeezzaaa is embarrassing, more so because the analysts and UN reps, and North Koreans, of all people, not to mention the Italians, French, and Germans, rebuked him all within a few days of each other, culminating in the face slap of Russia making a contract with Iran to oversee their nuclear energy program.
It is painful sometimes, anthony, and they were keeping score of how many times Bush said 'freedom' and 'liberty' inone speach. It was 47 times and 19 in a twenty minute speach.

when North korea up and tells you to get serious, you ain't talkin to me until you show a little respect, that is embarrasing.

And when the very first thing you do when you get re-elected, before the ink on the ballots even dries, you pass a bill to allow protected wildlife reserve to be made into a drilling field, and you say you aim to keep doing that sort of thing, and the whole world gets on your case for being so ignorant about the enviornment, and your responsibility, yes, that is embarassing to watch.

Because it shows how really lame those two are that they have no consideration for laws already passed, that they blatantly cowtow to Fundamentalist Christians and Oil ndustry, and the hawks in the pentagon, and your own CIA and IBR come out and call you a liar, well yes, that is very lame indeed, especially for two people who are supposefd to be leaders.

But they are not leaders, because they only represent a fraction of the people any more, 70% think it was wrong to go into Iraq, and 80% are dumfounded that they call an emergency session of congress over someone who has been brain dead for 15 years, and 20% are against removing her tube even though 80% of the people think Bush et al are ignorant jerks and ubusing their power and woefully out of touch with what is really important, yes, I will have to agree that that is lame.

And now the US is not co-operating and covering up their very poor accounting and faulty testing for Bovine Sponguform Encelopathy, but they blamed Canada and closed the borders, and let us go nuts trying to see where it could have happened because our methods are so clinical, but no, our supposed friend would duck responsibilty fot the fucking umpteenth time in 6 months and backstab their friends, yes that is an extremely lame way to behave.

and having the WTO rule against you but still you continue your illegal tariffs on your 'friends' untill all your friends gang up on you and decide to retaliate with their own tariffs because you brokae the contract, the Free market type contract that you so hypocriticaly say you are defending for the world, when everyone sees how much of a hypocrite you are, and you still don't take responsibility, that is more than lame.

and now stil yesterday the US is getting shit for sending GM corn into Europe when it is exporessly illegal, and violating that contract, and lying about your lab reports when clearly all the lab reports that Europe shows you are lying, but you still maintain it is them that are wrong, it is becoming now a sellout of your own people because fo your petty Macjo posturing like playground bullies....

Yes, anthonycea, my friend and one who we disagree about OSes but still respect each other for being honest, yes, you are actually understating the sad truth, at least by the rest of the worlds majority opinion, you are indeed, only calling them lame.

The sad fact mikmik is the one of our leaders selling out to special interests and until that changes and leadership is based on seeking what is just and correct we will continue to destroy ourselves by allowing the rich to fool us.

Great thread mikmik, but I think it is time to wind this one down, unless the other side wants to debate more.

I think this one is almost done

Mikey, are you going to argue with:

    http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2001/02/26/politics/main274495.shtml

Now most, have stopped crying and whining about "stolen elections" and moved on. As apparent from the last election that Bush won AGAIN, it clearly shows Democrats are not in tune with what Americans want. It also proves (as did the Clinton years) that they are not serious about terrorism.

What can I say? boo hoo hoo hoo!

You mean the way you condone saddam's killing?

After all, not everyone is sad that saddam isn't still in power. What's your reason?

No outrage on the new mass graves found this week? Not even just a little.

    I didn't think so.

Remember who left Saddam in power to gas the Kurds GTech.......

Remember who approves of such measures?

Remember that removing him from power wasn't the mission? Cry about it then, cry about it today?

    Nah, probably not.

You are the one crying about mass graves, well those folks would have never died if he was gone in 91.

Plus we would have walked in and got all of the WMD's also right

Reading comprehension? Wasn't our mission, we were there to help Kuwait.

We didn't know they existed then. But then I've never seen you show any concern over mass graves or over one million people murdered by him.

All I see is that you are disappointed he's not still in power. And apparently you don't want to share why?

    Taqiya?

Right and you want to make excuses for Bush Senior and President Cheney for not taking him out in 91 for some reason.

He did not have Scud's that he was shooting into our 51st state during the first Gulf War, damn any dummy could have seen those WMD's on TV

Well, i came back, and seems there are some people still hosting a debate, and others spouting more crap and excuses for their poor tact and misbehaviors.

This could have been a good debate, but to discuss something with a person who comes out and says they love to name call? waste of time.

i've had friends die in terrorists attacks. no matter what you claim, ST, and the others on this board, are not terrorists

    goodnight everyone

Well at least you finally admit you wished a mass murderer was still in power.

    That's truly sad.

There is a difference between 'forever' and our artifical deadline because we wanted to be tough guys :) I just think it sets a poor precedent. How can we ask for their money yet not be willing to play by the rules the UN has set up.

lol Wendy, if you stoop to that level you are not worth my time, Mik is not worth my time calling names because I have made a statement like I did.

I said that Saddam should have been taken out 14 years ago. WMDs or not, I feel the time was right to keep cleaning up. Would we have had the support for the war without WMD or not? dunno, but I am glad it was done.
