Yeah. Plot your earnings on a monthly basis. That should give you a bigger picture and you 'should' see an upward trend IF you've been on top of your site - making sure everything's ok. These hourly and daily fluctuations can make you lose your marbles. Chill man...
hehe my site is doing average today. But I agree with the post above. I get a little too worked up with the hourly updates and if i'm by my computer I always check it. It's really rediculous considering my earnings are low anyway.
You will have ups and downs the best thing I can advise is to broaden your portfolio of sites. Set up a sites in a variety of topics, I have a number of business and technology topics and also have some sports, ringtones and other non-business sites. If you have a narrow focus one advertisers budget can run out and you are done.
I think today is more of a traffic thing, I have a great CTR, just not alot of page impressions. Oh well...
nothing worth quiting my day job over, but im happy considering that i started out making $0.1-$0.10 a day.
I havent had good earnings since summer hit. I have several sites that I run all free services, I don't want to list them and get spanked as a spammer, but summer was bad. Guess the kids were out of school and not playing from home .
Last couple of days weren't so good for me. Same number of clicks just less valuable. Oh well, the month as a whole is way better then the last one.
