Well said...In my opinion, PRs really increase the resale value of the site and I am also getting a lot of link advertising on my sites which have a decent PR...
Google has always stated not to worry too much on PR, but to concentrate on building quality backlinks, and the PR increase will follow
@w3bmaster have you ever glimpsed at the "Link Exchange" forum? I do not know how often you visit there! You might have seen people asking for "Give me PR x and I will give you PR x in return" and like that. In such posts if anyone by mistake offers a reply he/she never gets any response as on the other side the person who is looking for a higher PR trade is not interested in a low PR blog. He/She will get something of choice. Once PR gets increased chances of getting link exchange is wider. In brief PR can save money at the initial stage. What you say? Do not imagine from your present situation; just rollback and think.
One more thing I forgot to mention, I follow you; site authority is not just PR, it is even more equivalent to money.
You are right Google update PR today and my most of the inner pages of blog have got PR-2 to PR-3 Thanks Google!
