today my friend got a strange email from paypal

Can you state if possible what he had done illegal with his paypal account.

 

if paypal not supports bangla how he can withdraw to bangla bank

 

he withdraw to his us bank account

 

so may be thats the cause for limitation

 

His account balance is -$20
if he add $20 in his account then can he get account access restored?

 

adding 20$ is the first step to get access
even he need to add that later too if his balance is -ve

 

thank you for advice but confused because paypal says problem is with bank acocunt

 

This is the main reason, Bangladesh is not in paypal list
