    ive done all that,

as far as optimization, its a forum so all content is generated by users
    content tags are in use
and blocking it, sure i blocked 40urls with more and more domains still coming into play if i didnt report them id still be blocking them out.

So seriously how do i improve upon that?

    no not your block list

there is a site where you can put the sites you have listed on, so that they can be placed on a blacklist that is circulated

hopefully someone can help with that lists url

i often believe bad links destroy the long-term crdibility of your site .. adsense can so easily cheapen your site .. in the end it will be a system for mfa :(

This has been going on for a long time. People know they can get hits to some sites that would cost alot more money if they advertised it correct in search terms.

yes it is fraud but it happens alot. They are useing false ads to get hits to sites that would cost alot more for correct terms. Google terms state no adult or casino sites but you see them all over adsense.

I do agree google makes it hard on publishers but takes a long time to crack down on advertisers.

Things like that happens everytime because Google cannot put their eyes in every advertiser that goes in their fence.

I guess what you should do is to report it to them so that they are the ones to do the proper action for the situation.
