Sounds like invalid clicks to me, stop clicking your ads. Yes, they'll ban you for good from the AdSense program, as in... forever.
Who said he was clicking his own ads? Anyways, someone is trying to get you banned, I suggest you contact Google ASAP to tell them about this issue or you will get banned.

E-mail them at Tell them you have recently had invalid clicks and want them to monitor your site for a couple of days. Give them your website's address.
Most likely invalid clicks, and for that amount for sure you have been click bombed. But please tell us what happened when you know.
The same thing happened to me for some reason it took time for the clicks to register. Dont worry by tomorrow it should show a balance.
