Wordtracker is a pretty good service for most purposes. Other services, both free and paid, include Trellian, SEOElite and just plain AdWords keyword tool. If you're looking comparatively between keywords, you can also use Google Trends for relatively accurate comparison (though they don't give out specific statistics).

The free wordtracker tool works pretty well, giving you the first 100 results, this is usually good enough for a beginner. If you are looking to really sink in and do heavier research, you should consider trying the paid subscription of it, or something else along the same lines (such as keyword discovery).

I use the free wordtracker tool, as i cannot buy an account because they do not accept any form of payment i currently have. They should accept paypal to be honest, but they do not.

To be honest, I'm not totally sold on Wordtracker. The results are very different from Google and other services. Also they have gotten WAY too popular as their pricing is way out in left field. $60/mo is just ridiculous. There are other keyword services charging much less.

How many times do I have to tell people....First of all, Mido you have been a member of this forum long enough to read other posts in the category where people discuss the best wordtracker tool.

In short, The google keyword tools are the best, especially the traffic estimator and adwords keyword suggestion tool, because it is based on actual date, Wordtracker is based on the small insignificant search engines and then multiplies the result according to the other search engines results...It can be totally inaccurate, I would say around 70% of the time it is accurate, but the Google tools are free and are accurate 100% of the time.

Stop messing around people and use the Google tools, so much better.

Google adwords sandbox is the free alternative, but do not take the figures 100% like has been stated, some of the figures ive noticed with my clients are in a percentage but just as many are way over or way under what they are suggesting.

But by far the best keyword tool is googles adwords sandbox

Google tools are the best by far. Wordtracker uses calculation data and makes assumptions
