I am trying to decide what ad network I should use for my forum. I get about 10,000 impressions every day. However, I barely get any clicks on the ads. What ad network would you suggest using for a forum?
With your forums niche, i would say google adsense or yahoo publisher. Adsense will show good ad's with your forums content but in the end it's up the the visitor or member to click on the ad. You can not force them to do it. What ad network was you using before? Perhaps it was just the ad placement.... ad color's that's the problem. I don't worry about the adnetwork i'm using now. It's just a space filler cause i promote affiliate programs everyday. Something that could give you a few extra dollars each month is putting up a "donate paypal button" on your forum. Maybe members/visitors will donate a dollar or two once and awhile. With 10,000 impression's each day, you could let people pay to advertise a banner on your forum. Lot's of spots you can let people have a banner on for a certain period of time. That can bring in some money.
