    Tax ID is for USA residents if dealing with US CPA network

    Are you using a US network?

    If they are asking USA tax ID and that's not optional field, than you need to have it... One of the ways is to open usa company, other is to simply register with other CPA company, there are big variety of them ;) If interested in more details, check out my signature ;)
