To submit, or not to submit - that is the question......

    Appologies if this is sooo basic, but should I regularly submit my site- if so who to and how often!!! Should I use a program to help cover more engines without getting RSI (we seem to get litte traffic from anyone other than the big 3) so we stand a chance of picking up an extra click or 2?

    The 3 big engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) will provide more then 99% of your SE traffic, and none of them require you to submit your URL.

    Don't seem to get much from MSN -still about 80% google- am I doing something it doesn't like and if so how can I tell ?!
