To RegularTraderInc and all his buyers

A couple of days ago, I received a work order from a certain Michael Dalone with email address razzookz@gmail.com. It asked for 50 electronic review articles. I directly jumped in for a chance for a good project. I passed the first 26 articles but never got word from him ever again. He promised $4 per article so that would amount to almost $100. Now I was not ultimately worried because he said the articles will still go through review. I waited and until now no reply. Because I own a copyscape premium account, I tried checking one of my articles using copyscape and a 100% copy was found on a certain website. I contacted the webmaster and mentioned the scam. He quickly helped me by giving me information as to where I can contact the person involved. Now I found this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2231671#post16506571. It contained my articles (even their original titles). I have legitimate proof of this scam and I might not be the only one who has been ripped off.

I call upon those who have bought their articles from RegularTraderInc to check. You might be enjoying those good articles but somebody right now is having problems because he didn't get paid for his hard work.

Just in case you need proof of this scam. I have all the original articles, the email thread from first contact to submission.

I would be glad if he pays up. We freelancers can't take this kind of things lying down anymore. I personally had to pay my writers from my own pocket. Because I know how hard it is to make articles. Most of them are still studying so they need the money badly. As you know, the articles are top notch and would fetch a good sum. he actually sold the articles for $64.

I hope somebody takes time to read this and help me in any way. Thank you!

    BTW,
If RegularTraderInc can give an explanation here. That would be golden.

    UPDATE!

RegularTraderInc has replied to this accusation and we have reached common grounds. He claims that all the articles that were "stolen" were also sold to him by somebody with the email address .

I did explain to him that my writers are students. Who work while studying to make sure they finish college. RegularTraderInc was kind enough give some sort of compensation for this jumble. He promised to send the compensation within 24 hours. I will update this thread as soon as I receive payment.

I would like to say that I am in a similar situation, I actually wrote 62 articles for this person and he has to pay me $128 for that. Have been chasing him with emails, but of course, he has not replied. If anyone can help me, please do so. Payment is due since June 2011. I saw many of the articles published.

@OP, how is it that you sell the articles at $4 (unique and copy scaped passed articles) and the person who hired you resells it (supposedly once) and sells if for $2 each -> something just doesnt add up mathematically.

Clearly this is just yet another dp scam.

hey, how come when i hire writers its always cash in front? why would anyone write more then 5 articles before asking for deposit and or payment?

If you wrote heaps of articles and failed to ask for payment, then this is your fault.

I suppose I was gullible, he had said that it was required to write 60 articles before payment. If this site has paid him, I suppose they can help people like me by revealing his paypal id or by asking him to pay us. Anyway, in case nothing comes of this plea for help from these websites where the articles appear, I plan to publish all those 62 articles in my blog, since I have the proof to show that they were in my possession before they appeared on any website.
