To Proxy Owners: What's the Best Layout for the Best CTR?

To the proxy owners that are fairly experienced when it come to proxies, what did you find to be the best template for great CTR (~10%)? What type of layout? Any columns? What coloring? Which ad positions should be used?

Perhaps you have a live site, or know of a live site where the best template for proxies is being used?

Some of the nicest looking ones, as well.

 

what do you need to make a proxy site?? theres a guy whos selling me one, but i want to learn more about this.

 

I think 10% CTR from proxies is VERY hard. You can get around 4-5% with little difficulty.
