To Mask or not to Mask

    Is it better to have a adressed masked to a shorter domain name or to not mask and use the real address location.

    Well, if you want you're traffic to be less skeptical, URL masking is the way to go. If you can't invest in the domain, and you're using something like a ringtone offer, you're fine with a URL shortener.

    I have a masked website address which is a lot shorter than the hosted address. does this affect my search engine ranking
