    Most probably around a few hundred dollars.

    It will depend on traffic, page rank, current and potential income...

    my site has a good traffic..on an average 45 k in a month ..and about 1,50,000 pageviews in a month ..and alexa rank of 78 thsnd ..and my page rank is 1 as of now..but expecting it to be 3 in next pr update

    With 45k uniques a month you'll get an easy $400-$500 (a lot less if you sell it on DP though) for it, even without substantial ad revenue.

    Not without a revenue (or a massive potential) it won't.

    Look around at different marketplaces and you'll notice that it's almost impossible to get over $500 for a website that doesn't produce any revenue or provide any valuable assets, such as a premium domain name or a custom script, no matter if it gets 45k or 100k visits.
