[To graphic designer]How much your work worth?

To graphic designer out there,

Let me and all the rest of DP know what's your price for a logo design,header design etc..As for me I start at $10.Too cheap huh..well I'm not doing graphic design as my full time job.This is my freelance job.Sometimes I'm wondering how much other freelancers like me charge their clients.

Still wondering...

 

You may be able to get more if you can show a portfolio. Sites I design go for low $XXX.

 

Well for a logo i charge low $xxx

 

depends on the work that has to be done. it varies from $XX to $XXX depending on the project difficulty.

 

I guess the payments go low or high based on your skills and talent.

 

Header at $10 okay.. for logo designs.. most charge in the 100's (for professional ones). I start at $40.

 

This is what i charge:

3 C - 3 R = $175
5 C - 5 R = $225
7 C - 7 R = $300

C= concepts, R= revisions

 

I do a logo + letterhead + envelope + business card package for $1,000

 

hmm..seems that nobody charge as low as $XX like me for logo design.but nevermind,at least I know there's somebody out there who charge more than me..hehe

 

I charge in the millions for each site I design.

unfortunately... nobody ever takes my offers

Good way to build a portfolio Plus clients may recommend you to their friends for real work (that's how I got started..)

dunno..but I think my work worth more than that.I think I'm gonna need to add the price seems that all of you here charge more than i could ever imagine.but.don't you think that if I charge more,then people might not be afraid to do business with me.[gonna need to set up a website for my portfolio]..actually I started making free logo in this forum.I think this is a goog promotion technique.maybe for newbie like me,I should charge $10 only[$10=RM35 in my country---quite a lot].I'll consider to charge more than that when I had my portfolio website ready.

300 to 1500?huge amount.there must be client out there who willing to provide that large amount to you.congrats.

 

It's actually quite a normal price. You kind of have to work your way up there, but it's very possible

 

if it's only an extra money and you're young like me:
custom logo- 35$-60$
custom 1 page design - 120$-200$
custom animated banner - 25$-35$
