If the clicks are legit then you do not have to worry about high CTR. Your ad placement, ad size and Niche must be contributing in producing such an attractive CTR.

That is a great CTR my friend. I hope everything is done legit. Otherwise you need not to worry if you are getting the legit traffic to your site. Did you check if someone is making any fraudulent clicks on your site ads?
Check it just to be on the safe side..

Its definitely nothing to worry about - you obviously have good ad placement.
My CTR today is sitting at around 11% today and around 10% most days so if you have good placement it is normal

It's all about your target audience, your placement, and how many ads you are using. I don't just throw up ads on every page and hope for the best. I test everything to see what works and then work on the pages that do not. Not every page will convert. But the bottom line isn't clickthrough so much as actual dollars. If you have a wordpress blog for example (And I have a lot of them) you could put your code in the sidebar and get a ton of impressions which will have the effect of lowering your clickthrough rate. Or you could strategically place the ads only on certain pages. But you need to test both to see which brings you the biggest dollar return.
