To get good traffic

    To get good traffic to you website or blog you need to get,
    1. Google back links more than 100
    2. Yahoo back links more than 3000
    3. More than 400 indexed pages in Google and yahoo
    4. Interesting topic that improves natural visitors
    5. More back link from social networking sites.
    6. Site must have well formatted coding.
    7. Traffic rank less than six digits provided by Alexa.

    you need to get the word out, setup accounts and write articles on sites such as blogger, wordpress, squidoo, ezine articles etc then simply add links back to your website.

    also make sure your site it optimized for search engines (SEO) to ranked well in listing for common search phrases.

    The last number is questionable.

    If I have a Alexa ranking lower than 6 digits, I am already in the top 100k. So why bother?
