Hi, I'm trying to help my friend to optimize his company Internet presence. But it seems I need help myself. #1 He is going to do re-branding. To start doing business under the new name (due to changing his business partnership form). Would it affect on his GP ranking if he change the company name but live the same address and phone number? #2 He has two locations. One was claimed for him by some SEO company. He canceled the contract, but they don't want to give access to his listing. Can he claim it back? By mailing address? Cause it's still their phone number in the listing. Would it affect on his GP ranking If he change the name there as well ? #3 He had a two Google Places (GP) accounts suspended by Google in the past due not being able to verify his listing (post issue). Would it affect on ranking if he starts new Google Places accounts under the same Gmail account? Or may be just report all this listings as outdated and create new account with a new name, phone number and website? thank u in advance
