To earn $3000 A Month How Much Will Adwords Clicks Cost?

Right now if I could earn $3000 a month selling my own products online by advertising in Adwords my lifestyle would greatly improve.

My question is does anyone here (who has experienced earning about $3000 a month advertising using Google Adwords) have a rough idea how much I would need to invest paying for adwords clicks to get that much (and the $3000/mo is after advertising costs are deducted)?

I understand about ad optimization, and landing page and ad revelence and having a product that sells etc. If all these were up to par then how much would click costs be per month to earn the $3000 a month?

It's hard to say without much information. It depends on what your commission is, how competitive the niches is, etc. I don't think it's unreasonable to target 100% ROI. In that case, it would take $3000 in Adwords to get $6000 in sales and net $3000 in commissions/profit.

Sorry but somehow this sounds to me like a "get rich instantly" scam, are you sure you know what you are doing? Are you selling your own product?

No, this is not a get rich quick scam. I am selling my own products in the brainwave entrainment niche (similar to meditation or relaxation music).

My best selling products are mp3 bundles which sell for $39.95 per mp3 pack.

Right now I average about 15 sales a month (which I am not complaining about because that is an extra $600). And this is mainly coming from organic google search results when people find my website in google after typing in their keyword phrase/s.

But my aim right now is to get at least 2 or 3 sales a day every day of the month which would earn me between $2400 - $3400 a month.

So this is why I am trying to figure out how much to spend on adwords. I can't afford to spend $3000 a month all at once to get at a possible $6000 a month which was mentioned above.

But what I can do is, for example, pay $40 a day at a time and if the clicks are $1 per click the hope would be I would get at least 2 sales for every 40 clicks. So that would be $80 in sales minus the $40 for clicks so at least that is 1 sale a day. If I did that method every day that would be $1200 a month.

So anyway I am just trying to figure this out.

Aim for a conversion rate of 1%, work out if you could profit from that, obviously anything above that is a bonus.

Create a profitable worst case scenario.

I would rather work on increasing that organic traffic.
You can build more content around ur targeted keyword.

U can plough back 50% of ur earnings to create more content pages and widen ur target organic keywords. ANd u can keep building links...
secondly, I would put ur product on sale at Clickbank and other affiliate markets.

Find some good superaffiliate who will sell for u.

If u can create a product, u are obviously good at building products.

Why not try to create more products and follow the above strategy.

Adwords take a lot of time and skill..
U'd be better off outsourcing it to affiliates :)

Theres alot of trial and error in performing a sucessful adwords campaign. Getting the correct keywords that do not cost too much to make a profit can take time to test. Also the best ads and landing pages and not always immediatly obvious. Most marketeers will start with a small budget till they find the best performing keywords, ads and landing pages, then increase the budget over time.

If you have a product that converts well, why not look at putting it on a CPA network and have other affiliates sell it for you too?
