To do before starting an eCommerce website

    Hi, I am from India and planning to launch an eCommerce site of gadget nature. I have zeroed in on PrestaShop and is about to go on with that. It will be great if anyone can guide / warn me of things I should know before proceeding with the project. Thank you.
