To design Blog Template What should I must know

    To design Blog template what should I learn. Which languages are benificial for me. I have to face lot of problem while making any changes in template even. But now I want to learn the languages related to template . Please suggest me the source too. :)

    Please tell us that for which platform you want to create templates? Is it Blogger or Wordpress?

    For Blogger you need to know at least basics of HTML and CSS. It'll work for the design purpose.
