    The best tool for this is http://copyscape.com/
    If you found out that other site has copied your content with out giving credits to your site, you can contact the owner of that site first and inform them that you're the original owner of the content.. If they don't response, you can report it to its hosting site...

    Yes search you content in Copyscape.com and Your content are copied then claim in google. or to contect the website owner.

    It's easy to 'pass' copyscape. Just miss-spell every third word.
