    Does having keywords on your homepage in BOLD actually have any impact at all on ratings?

    I am currently trying something on one of my websites where I have been stuck on the top of page 2 on G for ever but it will take a while before I actually see any results.

    You can include your keyword in Bold and Italics somewhere in the page.

    You'll see the most impact by including your keywords in H1 tags, but bold and italics will provide some benefit, as well.
