Thats ridiculuos...If you can't follow the EXTREMELY simple rules of directory submission, you shouldn't be selling your services.

Why should I put up with your crap on a daily basis because "you might lose your clients otherwise"

2. Genocide is in no frigging way related to banning a countrues IP ...discrimination perhaps but we're talking a directory here and nobodys dying over it....we need less drama queens around here

Case in point. I rejected a site today because they submited the home page. Now on deeplylinked.com you can submit up to 5 inner pages (to different categories) so that is FAR more beneficial. I rejected the site, and told the submitter that we do not accept homepages, but to resubmit deeplinks. THIS is his reply

I will not embarrass leon mirzaian by posting his name... oops I just did LOL (unknown or made up name anyhow as it does not appear anywhere in Google), But I CERTAINLY will not name the site he submitted, as I have a feeling they employed him to link build for them. I of course replied to him, and copied the owner of the website in on the correspondence. I WILL be naming this site and this guy on my blog at some time, along with other NUMPTIES who can not graps that NO HOME PAGES, means do not submit homepages.
