i have to directories that have specific instructions for submitted sites

    one is No homepages

and the other is casino or online games sites only

i get between 20-30 sites a day submitted to both that break all the rules and every time they are from India

You don't actually know how many "Indian" SEOs are submitting valuable sites though because you just approve them without scrutiny.

I had one guy submitting from India that was trying to take advantage of the phpld hole (even though I have site sift) and was submitting like 50 crap sites an hour. I just block the individual IPs through cPanel so the good submissions can still get in.

Banning the whole of India is the equivalent of an Internet Genocide. Why don't you just ban those IP's.

Just curious, are there a lot of Indian proxies?

Actually you probably should not mix the term SEO and any nationality as there are very few SEOs

There are a huge amount of wannabes and posers but very few capable of truely having the SEO distinction.

Im not sure it is distasteful....It is pretty common for companies to block certian countries from using their services due to a high number of bad apples.

Im not saying I agree in this particular case but he isn't saying anything against Indian people or India in general.

WHY? please don't say it is a racist thread, because there is one thing that pisses me off it is when people play the race card when a simple business decision is being made. :(

This guy is have a LOT of problems with a particular area of the world, so he is thinking of blocking access to that area to make his life easier!

Or are you referring to the De Medes comments?

I don't really dispute it entirely. In this case however, I see no reasoning at all.

I wouldn't dare on labeling someone a racist without having any evidence whatsoever. I think this is one of those decisions that should be taken silently, but hey, maybe I'm just being too policitally correct here. ;)
